Patton Hunnicutt is a native of Marietta, Georgia, graduate of Lassiter High School, and low clarinet aficionado. A former member of the Cobb Wind Symphony (also of Marietta,) Patton has performed at the GMEA In-Service Conference, Midwest Clinic, and CBDNA Southern Division Convention—as well as conducting clinics focused on low woodwind performance in both Tennessee and New Jersey. With a background in elementary band instruction and high school support, Patton works well not only with low clarinetists who want to come out of their shells, but also with all low woodwind musicians who want to take control of their destiny and (perhaps) be heard for the first time. Patton currently resides just outside Philadelphia with his wife, Lindsay, and too many dogs and cats to number.
