Warranty Information

Limitations and Exclusions

For service under this warranty, which applies only to the original purchaser, please contact your authorized Conn Selmer dealer. Conn Selmer reserves the right to exercise its discretion in approving any warranty claim and determining the appropriate resolution, including repair or replacement.

1. This warranty shall be void if the product has been operated beyond its designed output capacity.
2. The warranty covers repair or replacement only. Conn Selmer shall not be liable for any loss, cost, damage, or expense of any kind arising from a breach of this warranty. Furthermore, Conn Selmer shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of revenue, profit, or use arising from a breach of this warranty or in connection with the sale, maintenance, use, operation, or repair of the product. In no event will Conn Selmer’s liability exceed the purchase price of a defective product. These disclaimers of liability shall remain in effect and enforceable even if any remedy herein fails of its essential purpose.
3. This warranty constitutes the sole and exclusive warranty for the product and supersedes all other express and implied warranties. Conn Selmer specifically disclaims all other express and implied warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No person or entity is authorized to bind Conn Selmer to any other warranty, obligation, or liability for any product. Installation, operation, or use of the Conn Selmer product constitutes acceptance of the terms of this warranty.
4. This warranty does not apply to instruments sold through unauthorized Conn Selmer dealers, does not cover previously used instruments, and is not transferable.
