A History of Innovation and Excellence
Our company has a long history of innovation and excellence in craftsmanship. We've grown through strategic acquisitions, merging with other industry leaders like the Selmer Company, Steinway Piano Company, and United Musical Instruments (UMI) to form Conn Selmer. In 2013, Conn Selmer and Steinway became private companies, owned by Paulson & Co. Today, as a subsidiary of Steinway Musical Instruments, Inc., we continue to strive for musical excellence and bring a wide range of high-quality instruments to musicians everywhere.
To provide the world's best musical products and services that empower and inspire musicians and educators of all genres, abilities, and cultures.
With adherence to accountability, where honesty, trust, and fairness are the cornerstones, Conn Selmer puts integrity as the foundation of a successful business. We are accountable for our actions, transparent in our communication, and a company that can be trusted to consistently do the right thing.
At Conn Selmer, we view excellence as a mindset and a way of working that is characterized by a relentless focus on problem-solving, responsiveness, and a dedication to meeting the needs of internal and external customers. We have a passion for quality and an entrepreneurial spirit, which drives individuals and teams to act with determination and meet deadlines. Ultimately, excellence is about going above and beyond what is expected and consistently delivering results that exceed expectations.
By working together, effective team members use clear and concise communication and can both listen and take initiative. Our team members are willing to contribute their unique strengths and be open to feedback and suggestions from others. Ultimately, teamwork allows us to accomplish more than we could on our own and is a key component in unlocking the company's potential.
By embracing diversity and inclusivity, we can create a better future for everyone and see the world from different viewpoints. We welcome the challenge to try new things, expand our thinking, and are open to new ideas, perspectives, and experiences. By making an effort to be inclusive, we understand that everyone has something valuable and important to bring to the table.Visit Our DEIA Page
